I’m a woman over 50, a wife, a mother, and a grandma, and I’ve lived through the same health ups and downs so many women experience.

For years, I tried to figure out my weight, my energy, and how to feel good in my own skin. I’ve done the start over cycles, the strict rules, and the frustration that comes with trying to “do it right.”

But something changed for me.

I stopped chasing perfection and started focusing on simple, sustainable habits that actually fit real life.
